What is iS Clinical® Fire & Ice Facial?

The iS Clinical® Fire & Ice Facial is a rejuvenating treatment that bridges the gap between a mild facial and an invasive peel, with no downtime. What makes this facial treatment unique is that, unlike other facials, it doesn’t just improve the appearance of the skin’s texture; the Fire & Ice Facial changes the skin at the cellular level. This intensive hot and cold treatment is designed to exfoliate, reduce fine lines and wrinkles, and smooth and soften, all while stimulating youthful cellular renewal. The Fire & Ice can also help clear acne and improve acne scarring as part of a treatment program.

The iS Clinical® Fire & Ice Facial is a multi-step treatment with two professional masques: the intensive resurfacing masque and the soothing rejuvenating masque. The antioxidant-infused, lightly cinnamon-scented “fire” masque will tingle slightly as it works its intensive resurfacing process. This is followed by a soothing, or “ice” mask that contains aloe vera gel and green tea, licorice, grape seed, and rosemary extracts.

How We Do It?

Here at DermApproach, our iS Clinical® Fire & Ice Facial treatment involves applying a luxurious and practical program of masques and serums to exfoliate, hydrate, calm, and restore the skin. You will likely feel heat and tingling while the ‘Fire’ mask is in contact with the skin and while it is being removed. However, this is quickly soothed by the ‘ice’ element. In addition to the professional-only masks, iS Clinical® Fire & Ice Facial includes the application of clinical serums and creams to optimize results.

Note: However in the immediate hours following the treatment, the skin may look a little flushed. This should subside in approximately 4-6 hours.

Results

Known as the ‘Hollywood Red Carpet Facial,’ the iS Clinical® Fire & Ice Facial removes the top loose layers of the epidermis and stimulates the skin’s healing mechanism to boost collagen production.

Having been resurfaced, you can expect your skin to look smoother, with fine lines and wrinkles reduced, and any acne scars will appear lighter after this treatment. The glowing, tightened skin and aggregate results can be expected. Retinol will help stimulate collagen and elastin, antioxidants do that as well, giving long-term anti-aging effects.
